Meetings are held monthly (usually via Zoom), on the 1st Weds at 1:00pm. If the 1st Weds of the month falls on a holiday (ie Weds Jan 1) the meeting will be moved to the following Weds.
With the exception of executive sessions, meetings are open to the membership to attend but Board Meetings are reserved for Director participation; members are welcome and invited to witness the Board conduct business on behalf of the Association.

As the season changes, it’s time again to finalize the Association’s financial plan for the year ahead. With support from Rockwood Property Management (RPM), your Board of Directors has approved the 2026 Budget (linked to the right) for your records.
Effective January 1, 2026, assessments will increase as follows: Main Association dues will increase from $30 to $31/month. Main association dues are levied semi-annually on January 1 and July 1 in the amount of $186. Parkside dues will increase from $420 to $453/quarter, levied on Jan 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct 1. Sorbonne Townhomes & Cottages dues will increase from $169 to $180/month. Village dues will increase from $171 to $174/quarter, levied on Jan 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct 1. Parc Rose dues will increase from $161 to $172/month. Soleil Parc dues will increase from $168 to $179/month. Vigne Blanc dues will increase from $155 to $166/month. |

UPDATED 12/15/25: Linked to the right, please find an Annual Disclosure, which is an educational effort sent to all homeowner email contacts to ensure you know where and how to access important HOA information. Please take a few minutes to review and become more acquainted with your HOA as well as the online resources offered through Rockwood Property Management (RPM).
For homeowners enrolled in AutoPay (through the HOA Portal), assessments are debited on the first business day after the assessment due date and will post to your checking account (or credit card statement) within 3 business days. Provided that you are properly enrolled in AutoPay and your payment information is correct, no further action is needed to ensure payment of the next assessment. Coupon books are on the way! Homeowners that are enrolled in Portal AutoPay will not receive a coupon book. If you pay any means other than AutoPay (through the Portal), you can expect your coupon book to arrive by mail before January 1. A hard copy of the attached Annual Disclosure has also been sent with the budget to ensure all owners receive a copy. As a reminder, the HOA’s governing documents provide for a 60 day grace period for the remittance of assessments. Coupon books are provided as a courtesy but are not required for payment remittance.
