Please fill out the architectural application form below to submit a request for an exterior change to your property. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

You may also download the PDF below, print it, and email or mail it to our office using the contact information on the bottom of the PDF.

Please allow up to 30 days for approval. Work may not begin until your architectural application is approved in writing.

Community Fencing Guidelines are in the process of being updated; please contact your HOA directly for details.
All fencing requires Architectural Approval before installation.

COLOR SAMPLES: all applicable paint chip(s) and/or color sample(s) must be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rockwood Property Management (1421 N Meadowwood Ln. Suite 200, Liberty Lake WA.) for review. Your application will be reviewed upon receipt of the original paint chips and/or color samples

In order to expedite your application, please attach the following:

Aerial view of the property. This can be found on Google Earth
Photo of subject property and any neighboring homes
Sample paint chips of any color(s) being used. Please keep these available as we may require them to be mailed or dropped off to our office in order to see the true color.
Photos or brochures of any products or items being installed, built, or used. This includes fencing, decking, patio covers, etc. Please keep these available as we may require them to be mailed or dropped off to our office.
Detailed diagram of anything being constructed either by a contractor or DIY project.
All dimensions of item(s) being constructed. For example, storage sheds need height, width, and depth.
